<div>I want to start a parttime job backing up peoples CDs.  They would bring me their CD collections and I would make them a backup on blank CDRs for a small fee.  I don&#8217;t see how this would be illegal since you are entitled to make backups of any media you own as long as you&#8217;re not breaking copy-protection.  I don&#8217;t think it&#8217;s illegal to pay somebody to backup your data if you own it.
