Ok, so you say that you forgot Windows password, huh? Oh well, it does not basically count if you probably did or you say you did. The truth is you want to obtain access to a computer. And you can’t “remember” the director’s password. How are you ready to get out of this awaful situation without formatting and re-installing the operating system? Many times we are facing this problem when we forget or lost Windows login or someone had altered the password of our personal computer.

In such a situation either we want to install windows again or find an answer to recover the password so we will sign into Windows simply. Now, I’m going to show you how it’s easy for you to reset the password on Windows simply with the help of your Flash Drive without reformatting or reinstalling your system.

There is a handy way to do it with a Windows NT password recovery CD which can used to reset Windows password for any account in Windows NT,Windows 2k,Windows XP, Windows Vista. Follow the below steps to rest your windows password : one. Download the ISO image from here and burn a CD with this ISO image file. Two. Boot your private PC using this bootable CD made in step one. You could need to set your CD-ROM as first boot device in BIOS to boot from it. 3. After you boot your personal PC with this CD, you’ll get a command based interface which is sort of self-explanatory. In case the above doesn’t help, it is strongly recommended getting a password recovery or reset software. The software finds the registry key that contains your passwords and gives you the choice to take away the password from any user account.

Similarly, the password recovery tool works for just about every version of Windows out there both 32-bit and 64-bit. It has both DOS and Windows versions. I like the Windows version since it employs a straightforward graphical interface and it’s much better to use than the DOS version. Another hint : Always use a password you will remember in the future!
